Please check out the Covington Perfect Maxi lap. The maxi lap features a single aluminum head with a steel disc permanently attached to be able to accept magnetic backed diamond accessories. SKU:5080ML. The lap has a 10″ head and is available as a glass machine with 4 diamond grinding pads. Additional smoothing pads are available to accommodate lapidary needs. Typically lapidarists like an additional 100g or 220g resin pad along with a 600g and 1200g resin pad.  Magnets are added to the back of the pad for an extra $5.00. Features include heavy duty cast aluminum tank, unobstructed access to work area, quick change aluminum heads, runs quietly at 1410 rpm, great for grinding glass or stones, water manifold assembly and pump, 1/3hp motor (ships separately), compact, portable and economical, ships with 10′ of 1/4 tubing, instructions and product guarantee. Unit base weighs 32 lbs.  measurements are 24″ x 14″ x 10″and the motor weighs 22 lbs., with measurements of 12″ x 10″ x 8″. Note: a drain kit is available, at $15.50.
