Covington’s 10″ trim saw, 1510CS

Description

Covington Engineering’ trim saw (Mod. 1510CS) 110V 60Hz 1/3 HP motor,  hood, Gold series blade, and power feed. Dimensions are 28″ x 18″ x 15″.  This is a clean operating saw, ideal for trimming rocks, minerals and glass. The Bulldog grip vise holds all rock shapes and swings back out of the way for hand trimming. Cross feed slabs for 3 1/2″. 5/8″ steel arbor shaft. When cutting glass we recommend using an ultimate glass blade when cutting glass on this saw. This unit will take a 10″ saw blade or smaller. To trim rocks larger than the 3 1/2″ cross feed, move the vise to the back of the unit and feed by hand. Complete unit rests on a Lam-I-Cushion base for quiet operation. Trim saws feature Covington’s unique “Koolerant Kontol” valve which virtually eliminates splash.  Valve “C” adjusts the flow from reservoir “A” into blade compartment “B” to maintain proper coolant levels.  Excess coolant from cutting area returns to the reservoir.  Twin drains allow easy cleaning of sump.   Covington’s “Complete” unit includes power feed and a hood.   Unit ships assembled with motor, operating instructions and product guarantee.

All units come assembled with operating instructions and guaranteed. Size width 29″,  height 19,” depth x 18″.  Weight for the saw is 68 lbs, the hood is 10 lbs. and is shipped separately. Covington Products are shipped from Meridian, ID. If you do not want the hood, it will be deleted and the price  of the saw is $100.00 less.
