The fossil fish multiplate or mortality plate of Mioplosus Labracoides, sp. with Knightia, measures approximately 22″ x 10″ x 1/2″. The fossil fish are from the Green River Formation and date back 40-60 million years (Eocene Age). Knightia is the state fossil for Wyoming. The beautifully preserved fossil fish are brown on cream colored limestone and will make an excellent mantle display.
