MT-10 Mini-Sonic tumbler, option 2

Description

The MT-10 Option 2, Mini-Sonic tumbler, is offered by Diamond Pacific Tool Corp.  Option 2 has a base with two of the MT-4 hoppers, Option 1 is also available on our web site and it has a one 10 pound hopper. Either one each a 10 pound hopper or 2 each 4 lb. hoppers will fit in the MT-10 base (stock# 432-010). Tumble opal, agates jaspers, etc. Tumble from gentle processing of opal to full power processing agates, jaspers, topaz, etc. Tumble polish baroques, preforms, beads, sea shells, metals, etc. Even tumble polish carvings fast and efficiently without changing the shapes to any measurable degree.  The  action of the Mini-Sonic tumbler is achieved without shafts, belts, pulleys, eccentric weights or even a motor. Without any moving parts to wear out or a motor to burn up, these tumblers will last longer than other small vibratory type tumblers.  Option 2 has a base with two MT-4 hoppers, with a load capacity of four pounds in each hopper including stone, fillers and abrasives. The hoppers give exceptionally long wear and are made of cast plastisol. Option 1 is the same price but the hopper featured is a Hopper 10, which will hold 10 pounds of stone, grit and abrasives. An extra hopper for polishing is recommended to prevent contaminations. We have seen these tumblers in action and they produce fantastic polishes.  115V model.
